Roach - Y.D.K.M (explicit)

Roach, aka Roach Killa, is from Murfreesboro, TN, just 32 miles south of Nashville.  As a founding member and recording artist on his independent label, Block2Block Ent., Roach has become a local rap legend and continues to rep for his often overlooked and underestimated hometown known as MBT.  He released his first independent album in 2000 as a member of the group Block Boyz titled Block Back Boomin, followed by another group project in 2002 titled Ghetto Hillbillies produced by Tim Hill.  After the release of the second group album, Roach began to work as a solo artist. Without any major label support, Roach has collaborated with a number of gold and platinum selling recording artists such as B.G. (Cash Money /Chopper City Records), Young Joc (Bad Boy / Block Ent.), Webbie (Trill Ent.) and PIMP C (UGK Records) just to name a few. Roach released his first solo mixtape with DJ Dutty Laundry in 2005 titled Block Star vol.1 under his independent label Block2Block Ent.  The release of this mixtape gained him lots of local success and support from the Southern region.  In May 2007, Roach's career was halted after being set up by a confidential informant and arrested by DEA for attempted possession with intent to distribute cocaine.  He was sentenced to 84 months (7 years) in federal prison.  After his release, Roach immediately began recording and teamed up with Dutty Laundry once again for his highly anticipated mixtape/album titled “Dues PAID.” Roach is currently working under the umbrella of Block2Block Ent. (CEO/mgmt. Jebre Clemmons) based out of Murfreesboro, TN.
