This song was written during COVID when we were all in lockdown. It was about a couple who just started dating but had to do only facetime and whatsapp to connect with each other.  I added the bhangra sound because I like that style of music.  This version was written for my friend Justin Maki, a very talented young man hailing out of London, St thomas area of Canada.

I wrote this song in a vain but sincere attempt to explain our concept of grasping with good and evil ,determinism and free will, and how we see sticky webs of sin and chaos. Yet we still walk into them knowingly at times.  However we shouldn’t fear or despair of the physical world because it has so much potential. Everything that we loose or bind in this realm has a butterfly effect to others and that is reflected both in science and in many religious and philosophical world views.

Lifeguard (Alternate Version)

I am a proud Canadian.  Born and raised in Vancouver, BC.  I was the youngest of six kids and had the privilege of growing up in South Vancouver, Fraserview district.  I am a published author, a Reverend of the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry.  Almost all of the music I create is attached to personal experiences.   I love sharing my experiences both in poems and lyrics. They are things I have done all of my life since I was a child.
