FANTASIA PURA ITALIANA è canzone popolare, cantautorato, sperimentazione.
Seguendo il “fil rouge” della poesia, nel tentativo di cercare nuove sonorità, mettere le mani e combinare i generi più vari, con rispetto ma senza paura.
Sei elementi, da strade diverse, portano i loro ingredienti: mescolano, impastano suoni ed espressioni, li plasmano per trarne brani dal gusto unico e particolare.
Gusto che diventa tangibile in uno spettacolo ibrido fatto di brani e scenette teatrali, umorismo toscano, esotismo, energia ma anche riflessione, in un coinvolgente gioco delle parti.

Fantasia Pura Italiana è un progetto che inizia a prendere forma a Prato nel 2009, attorno al nucleo fondante costituito da Fabrizio Ganugi alla voce e Ivan Crisci alla chitarra elettrica, insieme fin dai tempi del liceo.
Il 2009 è infatti caratterizzato dall’uscita del primo EP autoprodotto “Contemporanea Poetica”; in seguito a questa autoproduzione, parte del gruppo decide nel 2010 di trasferirsi a Roma in cerca di maggior visibilità.
Nella capitale, oltre ad una fitta attività live, il gruppo avrà modo di registrare nel 2011 presso lo Skie Studio un demo dal titolo “Mungomandinghi”, mentre nel 2012 iniziano le registrazioni del secondo e più maturo lavoro, dal titolo “l’eSGAMOtage” in collaborazione con Helikonia, contenente 6 tracce.
Nel 2013, tornati in toscana, inizia la produzione del video “l’eSGAMOtage” in collaborazione con l’Urban Studios di Prato; Quest’ultimo anno si caratterizza da una intensa attività live e dalla promozione di quest’ultimo lavoro.
Nel mese di Dicembre 2013 Edoardo Tacconi viene sostituito alla batteria da Alessio Tanzini.
Nello stesso mese viene presentato il nuovo spettacolo live, contenente improvvisazioni teatrali, sketch e nuove canzoni.

Sante Rutigliano (Grumo Appula, march 1th 1977, actually lives in Rome) begins his first professional guitar studies in 1994 with maestro Pasquale Scarola, teacher in the “Niccolò Piccinni” Conservatory of the city of Bari.
In 1996 he moves to Rome for studing Law at LUISS Guido Carli University, in which  graduetes in 2002, and at the same time he starts to play with many bands in the roman underground scene, in which he knows the songwriter Enrico Pezza, with whom estabilishes a long and creative collaboration.
In 2005 he privately follows blues guitar lessons of Marco Manusso. 
In 2008 he collaborates with the songwriter Pierluigi Colantoni, as arranger, artistic producer and multi-instrumentalist, that brings in the july of the same year to win the Gaber Prize for teatro-canzone with the show “Soluzioni Co-Abitative”.
In 2009 he arranges, produces and is co-author with Enrico Pezza of the album “A Mani Nude”, published by the label Altipiani. In the occasion of that work of arrangement he studies composition with maestro Angelo Pelini.
A year later he also reaches the first risults as composer, publishing the album “On Air” with  Rai Trade (label of the public italian television).
Still in 2010 he composes the music for “Honda CBR1000” spot, shown during the Heineken Jamming Festivalin in the same year.
The collaboration with Rai proceedes and Sante Rutigliano for the first months of 2011  composes a second album “Mondo Sensibile (racconti minori di gente comune)”, that gives pieces as reportage music for the Rai palimpsest, as well as background music for some scenes of the celebrative DVDs of the history of Internazionale FC, published from Gazzetta dello Sport. From the same album it is taken by Rai2 the music for the promo of "Maurizio Costanzo Talk". 
At the same time the activity of artistic producer and arranger doesn’t stop, in fact, between 2010 and 2011 works with Matteo Locasciulli for the album of Pierluigi Colantoni “Soluzioni Co-Abitative”, published by the legendary label Carosello.
Beside the work in recording studio, he puts an intensive live activity as multi-instrumentalist (guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, bass), and many collaborations as sound engineer and sound designer.
Actually he has just published his new album “Musica Povera”, with GDM label.
