TRANSWAVE are Christof Drouillet (aka Absolum) & Frederic Holyszewski (aka Deedrah)
Christof and Frederic met at a French Rave party in Paris back in June 1994. Three months later, the first Transwave release (Datura EP) was launched on Loren X's French label "Transpact".
Over the following years, Transwave released five albums: Hypnorhythm (Step 2 House, France - 1995), Helium (Matsuri, UK - 1996)and Phototropic (Distance, France - 1996), Backfire (3D Vision, Spain - 2005) and Frontfire (Fineplay, Japan - 2007).  They've been touring around the world, experiencing great success in the psychedelic trance underground scene and scoring an international trance hit with their famous “Land of Freedom” (lately remixed by Liquid Soul for Perfecto Fluoro, and charted by Armin Van Buuren).

Transwave is known for its heavy use of analog studio gear , like the ROLAND SH-101 and TB-303 .Their distinctive sound made them a yardstick of the Goa ERA of the 90's with artists like Man with No Name, Astral Projection, Xdream or Hallucinogen .

In the mid 90s Sweden was introduced to a new type of dance music brought back from the golden beaches of Goa, India by an adventurous group of friends. Parties were held deep in the mystic forests during summer and attracted a fresh new crowd, enthusiastic for these innovative sounds. Among this crowd were two freshly graduated computer engineers who were struck with a profound fascination for this new music. 

This enchantment led to the inception of the now infamous musical unit 'Logic Bomb', formed by Jonas Pettersson and Johan Krafft, in 1998. 

Logic Bomb were set to blow up the scene in 2007 with the album Sonic Algebra.

And unfortunately on our wonderful journey we lose our divine friend Dennis Tapper. We have now finished mourning him and what we can do now is to honor him and let him live forever through the music he founded.

So, get ready to be blasted again... Prepare yourself for 2022!

As two of the original psychedelic trance pioneers, their extensive discography includes releases on prominent labels such as Nano Records, TIP, Flying Rhino, Phantasm, Matsuri, Transient, Flow, RTTS, amongst many others. In their words, the sound of ManMadeMan is described as “ a totally original style, a bit hard to define, but who cares - it’s positive, funky, psychedelic and musical all at the same time. It has a knack of totally igniting a dance floor while never retracing old steps and yet manages to always sound like ManMadeMan.”
