I completed this song 10am 11/21/24 the day passes by and it's night time. I'm asleep at this point but I wake up suddenly at 12:30am and I looked at my phone and didn't see any messages or anything so I fall back asleep and a couple minuets pass and I have a message from my dad at 1:06am and it says ( tu hermano ya murio) in English this means your brother has just passed... keep in mind I had a song scheduled for release 11/22/24 and it released at midnight the very night my brother unfortunately passed away, i had so many different emotions at that very morning but I didn't care I got up got ready and left my house as soon as possible. I'm driving down the high way (at this point it's around 2am and i get a call from my dad saying they are moving my brother we have to go soon you cant come anymore because they have to prepare the room for the next person... I think you can understand why I'd be frustrated but to be honest I wasn't. I learned how to control my emotions and keep calm, it's actually helps me a lot as a person. But besides that point I'm saying that maybe everything happened for a reason that night. maybe god didn't want me to see my brother that way because he knew it would've destroyed me... idk but regardless i know my brother Chris Zelaya is in a better place. (rest easy brother i love you.)
I'm going to do so much for mental health in the up coming years... I know it'll be a process but I'm going to do it. for the people for my brother and for... my self.
we all need to take care of our mental health, that's why I make music.
