Drawing on Bangalter-inflected house but giving it a rumble and wing, Letherette make infectious, beat-driven music which is as fun and un-self-conscious as it is clever and technically cutting edge.  Having Moonwalked their way through their first release on Klub Kids, Conway (aka Aussie superstars Motez and Rubberteeth) return (yes, finally!) with a bit of a Badonkadonk. We have no idea what Badonkadonk means, but we do know it has A LOT to do with booty shaking, wonky funk, and trappy breakdowns. Like the name suggests, this is like nothing you is ever heard before! On the remix tip comes Klub Kids homie Alex Preston with a humungously bouncy house mix that we reckon people from Melbourne are gonna like (as well as people who like people from Melbourne who write bouncy house music), Mike Metro (who, incidentally, is actually from Melbourne) with a stripped back bass driven squeaky ghetto house mix, and lastly, but by no means leastly for this man of the 'trap moment', comes our boy Spenda C with a badonkulously huge trap rework. Also included is the juicy b-side Bubblenobill whose flavour - unlike it's namesake - will keep on giving, on and on! That's right. Now Badonk on peeps!
