La preposición procedente del latín CIRCA se utiliza en bibliografía científica, en documentos históricos o en genealogías para ubicar temporalmente un acontecimiento y determinar mediante supuestos, en qué momento de la historia de la humanidad ha podido suceder. Con este título este nuevo trabajo de Jëan Fixx busca desplazarnos a un tiempo indeterminado donde la relación del ser humano y la tecnología es tan estrecha que ya no se alcanza a diferenciar el mundo virtual del real.

En este compilatorio de remixes podemos escuchar las revisiones de los tracks de CIRCA realizadas por Death Whistle, Leuter, Drow, Ekkofault y Ermete Lo Stige, aportando otras aproximaciones estéticas posibles del EP original, llevándonos a diferentes estados emocionales a través de cinco ópticas muy personales:   La remezcla de “Humans” de Ekkofault nos transporta a un transformador amanecer, melódico y luminoso, en el que el encontrar paz y consuelo de la mano de un tema con influencias ambient, chill out y aportes vaporwave.   El remix de inspiración downtempo y tech house que nos presenta Leuter del tema “CIRCA”, nos muestra una narrativa progresiva elegante y flotante que nos seduce con pequeños lapsus de síntesis experimental.   Death Whistle nos lleva a un universo profundo y oscuro con influencias del IDM, el bass y el glitch, a través de la revisión magistral que hace del tema de influencia transhumanista “Virtual Body Language”.   Drow nos sorprende con esta contundente y precisa remezcla de techno oscuro y minimalista, en la que la firmeza de los vocales del tema “The Truth” acompañan una frenética línea de bajo que nos arrastran irremediablemente a la pista de baile.   Para completar esta publicación Jëan Fixx nos presenta “Last Call”, un nuevo tema que funciona como epílogo del EP CIRCA, en el que nos invita a tomar conciencia y acción de forma urgente en relación a nuestro presente y por lo tanto nuestro futuro. Este track combina elementos de techno clásico con arreglos más industriales y atmosféricos, junto a sonidos melódicos que nos retrotraen a la década de los 90, aportando un tono épico y progresivo que ya habíamos escuchado en algunos temas anteriores suyos como “Tannhäuser Tor” (2022) o “Globalizer” (2020).

Los 36 minutos de este EP se completan con el dinámico e intenso remix que el productor y DJ Ermete Lo Stige ha realizado de este epílogo, aportando grandes dosis de sonidos industriales y atmósferas oscuras que nos remiten al EBM y al techno progresivo, y que habitualmente encontramos en sus producciones.

SKYMAN 1882

Bio:

SKYMAN 1882 (aka Simon H) has been immersed in music, DJ & club culture for over 3 decades. 
A child of early house & techno, inspired by the sounds & DJ’s  of Outer Limits, then later Global Underground.
At the start of the Millennium he moved to Asia where his mantra of “play it as you feel it” established his emotive playing style, combining harmonies with layers of darker edged sounds, woven with landscaped melodies and occasional vocal moments to create  journeys of escapism. 
With an imaginative connection to music his creative aural sculptures are crafted to introduce the audience to new sounds and experiences of enlightenment.
He has played many clubs  & venues across SE Asia including the Boracay Music Festival, Philippines and now having relocated back to the UK is a resident DJ for Progressive Heaven (www.gammawave.club) with his monthly two hour Frameworks show.

Sharing the same passion for electronic music, the concept of Ides of March for Manuel (ES) and Pietro (IT) sees the light for the first time in 2018 in Amsterdam, where they both are based. They first met in the Dutch capital in 2016 as colleagues, to soon after become good friends and find out their common interest in music. 
Manuel comes from more of a rock and alternative music background nurtured in his home town, Madrid, while Pietro has always been interested mainly in hip hop and rap from his home country Italy, though his father is a jazz musician and exposed him since his childhood to a wide array of music, spacing from Frank Zappa to Miles Davis. Combine the two, add in the mix synths and a rolling bass, and you will soon find out a unique and interesting mix.
Having released their first melodic techno EP "XV-III" for UK's label sequence music in 2020, the sound that this duo brings in their DJ, Live sets and productions spaces from progressive and tribal house with electro bass lines to more melodic and melancholic shades of techno in a blend characterized by the two's personal taste and musical background. 
Their aim is to keep evolving. Pushing boundaries, blurring the lines of music genres.
Always new, never the same.

This was the first day of my vacation, and from the very morning I ran to greet the sea. As soon as I got to my favorite place and stopped to enjoy the moment: blue sea, blue sky, clouds, waves, this beautiful little car of ripe persimmon color drove out from behind my back and stopped right by the water, lightly touching the waves with the front wheels.

We are pleased to present our latest chapter from DJ Joma (@jomadjay). His path to house music began 25 years ago when a friend of his gave him Sasha's BBC Radio One Essential Mix-tape. In recent years, he has taken his music to many places and Eastern Europe, especially Montenegro and Croatia, where in 2019 he performed for 12 nights consecutively at the Croatian Open ATP Tennis Tournament in Umag within various Beach clubs and VIP cocktail lounges. Although he has developed a style that suits perfectly for the venues he likes to play (Beach Clubs, Cocktail Bars, VIP Lounges, Exclusive Restaurants), what DJ Joma values most is that he's focused on enhancing the overall experience rather than imposing his own style as an artist. 
His mix is something a little deep and dreamy.

Have been playing music some years ago in the best discotheques, clubs and events in Gran Canaria, some clubs in Madrid and Bilbao (Spain), and after having been away from the music world for many years, he returns to the music scene as a producer as well., having signed his first arrangement with Irma Records and GNE music, and he just sign his first contract with Sunexplosion Records. In this moment he regent two channels in Soundcloud and Mixcloud, his B2B space and his Superdeep channel and he just be resident in Live Radio and Easy Groove Radio. He is also superior technician in creativity and advertising techniques and Art Director. 


His musical styles began with House and Garage, until today where he develops in all styles within house (deep house, tech house, progressive house, melodic house, etc) some techno, downtempo, organic, etc.
