Found this song while looking for something ‘north carolina’ related for a school project, very nice song!

Ghost buster is a song that through it's sometimes less meaningful but yet kinda abstract lyrics depicts the feeling of being ghosted before anything was even build up and ending up spending time and energy on someone you weren't really that hooked on in the first place

Searching for someone to share your inner most love and life with was a long journey for me. I wanted it so much and I was left with a broken heart in many relationships.
It might sound like a cliché but then like sunlight on a cloudy day it appeared in front of me, the person I had been looking for.
It felt natural, I could be just the way I am when we were together, to feel heard, we´d learn from each other, to grow into something together,  leaving that lonely longing to the past or as the lyrics go, “I feel loved when I’m with you, Imagining us growing”.
I recorded the song live in studio Tonkontrol with Erik Bodin from Little Dragon on drums and my brother Adam Olsson on bass. It is recorded and mixed by Åke Linton whom is a huge part of shaping the soundscapes in the productions.
www.theartofvideos.com made a beautiful stop motion cartoon music video as well as the artwork for the song.

The song promotes the message of assertiveness and consent. Body autonomy and boundaries are very important themes to share with young children. A sole focus on consent isn’t enough. Children must know that they are able to speak up and assert themselves regarding any situation that involves their space and well being. They must be able to expect respect when encountering situations that require their choice when their voice isn’t being heard.
