No Need To Wait

It's a blessing to be able to create music and if someone enjoys my work, that's icing on the cake! All blessings come from God.

As a retired DOD Civil Service worker, I have time to record some. I have been recording at home sice around 1990 and some of my tracks are very old.  I‘ve had 50+ years in bands playing music of many types. I still play the club scene 3 to 4 times a month. Life is good!

I'm a Guitarist who likes to write, record and sing many styles of music. Please check out my tracks. I'm also enjoying the occasional collaborations.  Meeting some good friends on here and continuing to grow. Thank you for listening!


Es una bendición poder crear música y si alguien disfruta de mi trabajo, ¡eso es la guinda del pastel! Todas las bendiciones vienen de Dios. Como trabajador jubilado del Servicio Civil del Departamento de Defensa, tengo tiempo para registrar algunos. He estado grabando en casa durante unos 23 años y algunas de mis pistas son muy antiguas. He tenido más de 50 años en bandas tocando música de muchos tipos. Todavía juego en la escena del club de 3 a 4 veces al mes. ¡La vida es buena! Soy un guitarrista al que le gusta escribir, grabar y cantar muchos estilos de música. Por favor, echa un vistazo a mis pistas. También estoy disfrutando de las colaboraciones ocasionales. Me llamo Juan Francisco Bueno Olóriz, soy músico, compositor, letrista y toco la guitarra y el piano. Desde niño me ha gustado componer la letra y la música de mis canciones, primero de forma autodidacta y poco a poco de forma profesional, después de mucho esfuerzo y estudio. 

Mi titulación en el Conservatorio Superior de Música de Zaragoza (España) es de profesor superior de Pedagogía Musical. Tengo estudios de armonía, contrapunto, fuga, composición, arreglos musicales y además he sido profesor de Estética, Historia de la Música, de la Cultura y del Arte en los conservatorios de Tudela y Tarazona (España)

Mis canciones las han cantado artistas de la talla de Luana Ruff, Sebastian, Jesús Lainez,  Manuel Palomino, Joelblesseddd,  Paco Cuenca, Mara Oldfield, Dazz Deva, Ana López Lorente o Carmen París y trabajo con grandes profesionales como el pianista José María Berdejo, el saxo Maiker Rivero, el guitarrista Nacho Abril, el chelista Pablo Baleta y el ingeniero de sonido Juan Miguel Sánchez en el estudio de grabación SIN/CON/PASIONES.

También he compuesto música para videos y documentales, fugas, invenciones, imitaciones canónicas, música modal etc.

2024: Third Prize at the Dubai ProMusic Competition en la categoría de Música Clásica Original.

My name is Juan Francisco Bueno Olóriz, I am a musician, composer, lyricist and I play the guitar and piano. Since I was a child I have liked to compose the lyrics and music of my songs, first as a self-taught person and little by little as a professional, after a lot of effort and study.

My degree from the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Zaragoza (Spain) is as a higher professor of Musical Pedagogy. I have studied harmony, counterpoint, fugue, composition, musical arrangements and I have also been a professor of Aesthetics, History of Music, Culture and Art at the conservatories of Tudela and Tarazona (Spain)

My songs have been sung by artists such as Luana Ruff, Sebastian, Jesús Lainez, Manuel Palomino, Joelblesseddd, Paco Cuenca, Mara Oldfield, Dazz Deva, Ana López Lorente or Carmen París and I work with great professionals such as the pianist José María Berdejo, the saxophonist Maiker Rivero, the guitarist Nacho Abril, the cellist Pablo Baleta and the sound engineer Juan Miguel Sánchez in the recording studio SIN/CON/PASIONES.

I have also composed music for videos and documentaries, fugues, inventions, canonical imitations, modal music, etc.
