This piece was made 100% in Audacity, for an assignment in Electronic Music. The three samples used are Messiaen's Quartet for the End of Time, Messiaen's Oraison and the sound of feedback through my friend Alex's iPhone. The piece sampled is one of the most beautiful pieces of classical music I've ever heard and I tried to stay with the topic of 'the end of time' throughout. Messiaen was a deeply religious man, and you might hear a quote from the Bible, seemingly shouted into space.
