Hi guys, really proud today introducing a very fruitful collab with my friend Dirk Taubenheim from The Gatsbys. This song means a lot to me, as this is my very first song I partly wrote almost 15 years ago. I only finished music and arrangement last year, and considering the great welcome this song had from you all, I decided to carry on the work and write lyrics. 
Once it was finished, I offered Dirk to sing it, as I always thought he had the admirable rocky voice this song deserved. He accepted straight away to sing it, which was an honor for me considering his prolific songwriting career. “Fourth Passacaglia for String Orchestra”  was completed in October, 2022 in Fairview, TX. The work is in one movement. Performance time is about 9 minutes. A mastered virtual recording of this work is posted at www.soundcloud.com/robert-john-brooks. Printed and electronic copies of the score and instrumental parts are available from www.CreativeSpiritOnline.com.

Performance notes:
•	Tempo, expression, and dynamic markings should be strictly observed.
•	There is no key signature. Accidentals apply to the end of the measure or to the note or notes tied over the measure, and only to notes of the same pitch class, in the same octave.
•	Hairpin pairs (e.g.: mp <>, mf ><) indicate a temporary volume change of one dynamic level.
•	Passages marked  fff  or ppp  indicate playing as loudly and as quietly as possible, respectively.
•	Double-bass “C-extension” is required.

Majestätisch thront Jupiter in unserem Sonnensystem.
Diesem Planeten widme ich diese Komposition.
So suchte ich nach einem wuchtigem und massivem Instrument das die Erhabenheit und Klangfülle zu erzeugen vermag.
Ich fand diesen in der großen Orgel der Royal Albert Hall und wählte die Registereinstellung
„Stimme des Jupiters“ 
Diese Stimmen also die Orgelpfeifen des Jupiters, verliehen dieser Komposition den richtigen atmosphärischen Klangraum.

Eine erhabene Klangfarbe die nur annähernd die Kraft dieses Planeten auszudrücken vermag.

“Hymn of Jupiter (April 24, 2024)

Jupiter sits majestically in our solar system.
I dedicate this composition to this planet.
So I was looking for a powerful and solid instrument that could produce grandeur and fullness of sound.
I found this in the great organ at the Royal Albert Hall and selected the stop setting
“Voice of Jupiter”
These voices, the organ pipes of Jupiter, gave this composition the right atmospheric sound space.

A sublime timbre that can only come close to expressing the power of this planet.
