This is the thirteenth track that is soon going to be released on my Afro / EDM Album - Welcome Home. The song is about an African Mother that is poor in material things but is rich in Spirit. She is happy and thankful that she has woken up to live anther day on this Earth. It's a very typical mentality that many Africans have and I admire and respect it greatly. This song is dedicated to everybody that lives simply but is still looking on the positive side of things as they go through their daily struggles.

Asali

The city hummed with a million lives, a constant thrum of energy that never seemed to reach Leo. His world was the blueish glow of his monitor, a universe contained within a single screen. By day, he was just another face in the crowd, a data analyst lost in spreadsheets. By night, he was a ghost, haunting the endless corridors of social media.

​He'd scroll for hours, a digital archaeologist sifting through the fossilized remains of other people's perfect moments. Profile pictures smiled back at him, islands of curated joy in an ocean of noise. Each like, each share, each perfectly filtered sunset felt like a stone being added to the wall between him and the world. He was a glitch in the grand design, a silent observer in a world that wouldn't stop shouting.

​The feeling had been building for years, a pressure in his chest that only found release in music. He’d sit at his keyboard, the city lights painting stripes across the room, and translate his digital isolation into sound. The result was "Signal in the Clutter," a trance tune that ebbed and flowed like the algorithm's tide, a pulsing, hopeful beat against a backdrop of chaotic, glitching synths. 

It was his whole life, his loneliness, his hope, distilled into four minutes of electronic sound.
​One night, staring at the finished track, a wave of defiant recklessness washed over him. His fingers flew across the keyboard. It was more than a post; it was a flare shot into the digital darkness. He uploaded the track, the accompanying artwork a single, brilliant pulse of light cutting through a storm of data. He added a simple caption: "Just a signal in the clutter. 

Is anyone else out there?"
​He hit 'post'. And waited.

​An hour bled into two. The post was swallowed whole, a single drop in the torrential downpour of content. The silence was deafening, amplifying the foolishness of his hope. Of course, no one would see it. He was just another username, another pixel in the grand mosaic. Hope, he thought grimly, could be a crueller betrayer than love. He closed the laptop, the sudden darkness of the room feeling heavy and final.

​The next morning, he woke to the familiar, hollow ache of disappointment. He almost didn't check. Why pour salt in the wound? But a sliver of that same defiant hope remained. He opened his laptop, squinting against the sudden light.

​And then he saw it.
​Not one notification, but a cascade. A flood. It was like a dam had broken. A hundred comments. A thousand. A hundred thousand. His screen was a waterfall of text, a blur of avatars from every corner of the globe.

​"I thought I was the only one."
"This song is my life."
"Thank you. Just… thank you."

​Threads splintered off, strangers connecting in the comments, sharing their own stories of isolation. They weren't just listening to the music; they were answering his question. Yes. We are out here. Yes. We feel it too.

​His signal hadn't just been heard; it had been echoed back, amplified a hundred million times over. He scrolled and scrolled, a smile spreading across his face, genuine and unforced. 

The city still hummed outside his window, but for the first time in a long time, he felt like a part of its song. He wasn't a glitch. He was a note in a symphony he never knew existed. He was not alone in feeling alone.

The music on my new profile has been created this year in 2025 however , I began creating Electronic Music almost 30 years ago.

I am about to release my first Album in 17 Years called "Welcome Home". It has a strong Afro / EDM Influence and I hope you like it.
