Helen Copnall

Mozer is a Croatian DJ and promoter based in Zagreb. Mozer plays a fusion of electronic music characterized by multi-layered, depth, high dynamics and perfect a sense of mix. In his sets, he likes to emphasize the atmosphere, emotions and occasionally throw out listeners from the comfort zone, all to create a set that has its own unique story and value. He also run the event series “tanzen” in Zagreb. His musical philosophy can also be read from the list of DJs he brought to tanzen events: Roman Flugel, Steve Bug, Patrice Baumel, Sascha Funke, Thomas Fehlmann, Rex The Dog, Martin
Landsky, Tiefschwarz, Jimi Jules, Hyennah and many others.

It is also hosting a new program “schmeckt das tanzen” which brings some of the most exciting upcoming names of electronic music, and has recently become a member of the new collective Gray. “When I realize during the performance that I choose heavy mixes, I know I'm on the right track. Only in those moments when the DJ comes out of his comfort zone can those magical moments occur which people remember long after the party and which inspire us all. ”Mozer's DJ career began back in 2000. He developed his style under the musical influences of industrial techno, British hard groove and electro. He starts his own program "Force & Form", and later "Morephonic" with DJ Sly. He played in all significant clubs in Zagreb and the region, and at the time shared a counter with artists like Ken Ishii, Pascal FEOS, Deetron, Funk D’Void, Billy Nasty, Phil Kieran and many others.

He stopped active performances in 2011, and returns in 2018 with a fresh and full with a more sophisticated sound. For the music base he always takes techno in combination with house, electro, psychedelic disco, minimal...
“Electronic music has never been more exciting and high quality. Constant progress in music production leads to the merging of various musical genres and it is very difficult, and unnecessary, to categorize artists like before. What matters is the artist's ambition to present himself through his unique musical signature. “

with John Tejada, dj, musician, artist. I respect his ability to keep himself relevant since the early 90s. He is a Vienna-born, Los Angeles-based electronic music composer, DJ, and professor at CalArts. Tejada’s professional output of music began in 1994 and has never let up, including five albums for the revered label Kompakt, plus releases on Pokerflat, Cocoon, Plug Research, Seventh City, Playhouse, Defected, and his own label since 1996, Palette Recordings. Tejada has also been responsible for remixing over 100 songs for acts including The Postal Service, Télépopmusic, The Field, Bomb The Bass, Way Out West, Kevin Saunderson, Darren Emerson, Gui Boratto, Simian Mobile Disco and many others. Tejada’s latest venture as Wajatta is a musical collaboration with international star Reggie Watts, having released their debut album, Casual High Technology, in 2018 and Don’t Let Get You Down in 2020 on Brainfeeder. 

Tejada has traveled to more than 30 countries DJing and performing live at clubs—Berghain (Berlin), Fabric (London), Rex Club (Paris), Womb (Tokyo)—festivals such as Dance Valley (Netherlands), Decibel Festival (Seattle), Dekmantel Festival (Amsterdam), Detroit Electronic Music Festival (aka Movement), Mutek (Montreal and Mexico), Sonar Festival (Spain and Tokyo) and Sync Festival (Greece), as well as esteemed venues such as the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and twice at Walt Disney Concert Hall, both in Los Angeles.

NEW TECHNO MUSIC MIX

THE LITTLE BLACK BOX mix is a strange idea I thought of in my head, I had imagined a black box loaded with assorted sound elements crammed into this square space trying to find a way out. I imagined each sound element to be instruments  (percussion instruments, bass, drum tracks, melodys, rhythms, synths, voices, effects, chords, had a unique purpose to complete before gradually being released. The mission for each element was to find its significant other, no matter how different or incapable they may appear. With this idea in mind, I compiled a wide range of music raging from disco, tribal rhythms, funky bass lines, chunky beats, trippy soundscapes, thumping drums, razor-sharp hi-hats, climaxing vocals, and laser-sharp synth elements. After selecting the perfect element collection, I am satisfied with how this mix came together. I hope this Little Black Box of assorted sound elements makes you happy. Welcome to everyone around the world to episode 88 featuring our dj mix series in which I am sure you will enjoy. Today is a highlight focus to our Romanian brother Adrian Cristea, Born in a small Transilvanian city located in the heart of Romania. Started Dj`ing back in 2004 playing at different events in Cluj Napoca. My musical journey brought me to Munich where its surroundings captivated my attention for more then 10 years This place had a major impact on my musical career.

Here I have met two of the most incredible people Alex Cristea and Ludwig Rausch owners of the DOTS music label. As our musical chemistry started to take shape i`ve been invited by them to play at different events in Munich such as Tip to Bermuda. Late 2017 I went back to the roots in Bucharest for almost 4 years in search of new musical adventures, At this point i`m back in Munich with new ideas, new perspectives and new sounds ready to delight music lovers all over the city. In my latest projects I can include the association  with other underground music lovers to create a unique event location called “Brennerei Club”.  Enjoy the music!

Watching HVM (Häppy van Mazn) while performing his magic on the decks with a perfectly dosed touch – which by the way looks amazing – one will clearly answer: YES. 

Ever since he first set foot into the Allgäu-Techno Scene Häppy unfailingly amazes everyone shortly after entering the stage.

Those ecstatic moments created by the hat lover every night to day are not only cool scam but pure passion. Not for nothing flaunts „Home of my music” on his chest.

Hence, it’s very likely to meet him in all those fairytale living rooms of Berlin, aka Wilde Renate & Kater Blau and that he moves up all Berliners into a stimulating trance on his journey through the multifarious world of music.

Another affair of the heart is NXTOU, an aspirant agency, which took in addition to Häppy artists like Stefan Biniak, Julian Wassermann, Nusha and Jonas Woehl under its wings. Somewhere along the nightlife-road – no one really recalls where and when – they found each other. A baseline-raver-symbiosis with his partner in crime Genji Yoshida.

Welcome everyone to another episode of the Decisive Podcast Series, the first for this month of December and I hope you all are in positive spirits as we get closer to the Christmas Holidays Season 2020. Today you get a great program with a lot of interesting topic information about recording, production, studio gear, plugins, not to forget an in depth conversation about my experienced guest Jan Kincl Cycle Zagreb PDV Records, Far Out Recordings, Oye Black Label.
 
Jan Kincl is a Zagreb-born house and techno dj, producer, live act performer, radio host and a party promoter. Through almost two decades in all this, it’s hard to scratch the surface of electronic music in Croatia without coming across something he’s been involved with. Raised by the music of Motor City, Jan’s sound is a combination of house and techno, unmistakably rooted in the more organic and soulful side of it. In recent years, Jan’s forays into jazz became deeper, and in 2016 resulted in a collaboration with a French keyboard player Regis Kattie. The pair quickly became one of the most prominent regional acts and their debut album, a deeply jazz-informed house record ’In Plain Sight’ got described as “one of the most significant pieces of regional contemporary dance music”; with Laurent Garnier, Jazzanova, Volcov, Tony Humphries, Lefto, Claude Young and Kai Alce amongst its supporters.

I am excited to have back on the program, Chicago's Hakim Murphy, a very interesting, talent, humorous, down to earth and fun dude. This installment of the young house and techno feature a former footwork dancer and house producer whose career stretches back into the '90s. He's released for labels like Plan B and Metamorphic, along with his own Synapsis and Machining Dreams labels. I stand strong to continue to explore my gut feeling about what I hear, experience and satisfy my artistic curiosity from all music that keeps me locked in. This is no bio but an introduction to what I stand for and my current events as they develop. My name is Roberto Q. Ingram from Cincinnati Ohio to Huntington Beach California to Los Angeles and now living in Munich Germany. Let me introduce myself to you as a music lover since I was a kid, 30 years as a DJ, and 10 years as producer/remixer.  Everything I do in life is done with the utmost passion to excel minus the posing, boasting or bragging to the world through the social media network hype. I prefer to build my relationships from the ground up with you.

My projects Decisive Podcast Series & Radio Show is the Vessel that contains Professional Artist, Musicians, Dj´s and Producers. I started producing my podcast for Inspiration Network since mid-2009, The series of DJ mixes are conceived to give you an idea of how different styles of quality electronic music can open your mind and hopefully affect your emotions differently at any given time. 

The next episodes expand globally with music mixes by Roberto Q. Ingram and carefully selected guest talent worldwide. Two to three times per month depending on the workload in 2015. I hope you will listen and embrace the various artists and styles of music I feel to be significant and bound to no genre. I must represent a brand that focuses on passionate Dj`s, Musicians & Artists that take the risk and bold enough to experiment with introducing only quality music.
