الثَّاني عَشَر : عنْ أَبِي عبدِ اللَّه طارِقِ بنِ شِهابٍ الْبُجَلِيِّ الأَحْمَسِيِّ رضي اللَّه عنه أَنَّ رجلاً سأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم ، وقَدْ وَضعَ رِجْلَهُ في الغَرْزِ : أَيُّ الْجِهادِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ : «كَلِمَةُ حقٍّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جائِر » رَوَاهُ النسائيُّ بإسنادٍ صحيحٍ .
