Deer Venom is a Seattle-based post-punk band.  Founded by multi-instrumentalist Mario Barbetta in his basement in 2010. Mario is the singer, guitar player, and primary songwriter. From Fall of 2013 through Spring of 2017 Mario was joined by bassist Brain Salvage and Drummer Stefan Myers - later replaced by Radford Mason. The band played a number of well-received shows in the Seattle area before Salvage and Mason moved on to other ventures.  Mario is, for now, the only current member.
