Ils entament alors un cérémonial déambulatoire de rituels animistes, de guérison, de danses et manipulations d’objets sacrés.
Une extase au milieu de la foule pour créer une rêverie de l’éveil et plonger à l’unisson dans une transe collective où nos Djinns, génies si familiers, murmurent à nos oreilles « JANNA AL-LAYL (la nuit tombait)

"Our first time ever on the playa was overwhelming.
We knew that our debut at Burning Man had to be as the group that we are,  Keinemusik. Being given the huge honor to play the iconic sunrise set on the Mayan Warrior during the Robot Heart link-up was a dream come true for us. Watching these images takes me right back to what might have been the most beautiful show I have ever played. What makes the Mayan Warrior so special is not only the production scale but the vibe of everyone involved. It’s a family and I’m happy to feel like I’m part of it. I think this reflects in the music being played on this art-car.
My set has been a journey for me personally and musically, and I hope you get a glimpse of what I felt when I played these songs."

"Mayan Warrior once again blew minds at Burning Man. Big sound, big lasers. I got to plug in my USB’s on Monday night and had a great time. Set link in bio.

People take it almost for granted but it’s such a technical and logistical challenge to run an artcar in the desert.

Festival grade tech - generators, PA, lighting etc - has to fit inside a tiny bus and kept running for a week. Overheating is the main danger, mechanical wear and tear due to dust and vibration is substantial. Generators need constant refueling. Easier said than done when the fuel truck does not show up due to sandstorms.

Then you need a bunch of security to keep people from being run over or falling off the artcar. The chaos these crews have to manage is substantial.

It takes a village. 🙏🏽❤️"

This was hands down the most special party of the year. We didn't plan to upload this recording but the vibe was just outstanding at Acid Bogen so we couldn't resist. Thank you so much to the lovely Mira for trusting us once again, we love you and we loved playing this set on our favourite floor, in our favourite club, in our home town of Berlin. To all the ravers who went down the rabbit hole with us - thanks for creating this moment together with us even though the dance floor was so packed! Nights like this remind us why we do what we do.

Headphones? Check. USBs? Backup USBs? Check check. We hop on the bikes and race off into the Playa, 25 mins before our playtime, wondering how we managed to leave so late for our first set at this year's Burn and our first set ever at Robot Heart. Luckily, a quick scan of the horizon reveals a huge, red heart straight ahead. We sprint towards the bus, tumble into its stomach and head up to the booth with 10 mins to spare. Made it!

We insert our USBs, one by one, and proceed to pick our jaws off from the floor: all Burning Man playlists empty - wait, empty?! What about the backup USBs - empty! Second pair of sticks - same story. We look at each other and laugh, look down into the lights and slowly descend into our element. We have been looking forward to this so much and no missing playlists are going to take that away from us. And that’s how we - against all odds - literally played our hearts out on a moving bus and under a beating heart <3

Thank you Robot Heart for that amazing experience, much love from us to you!

It’s not only the first festival Caleesi ever went to - it’s also a long-standing institution for the German rave scene for almost 30 years now. We love all the traditions this festival upholds - from the famous rainbow under the fire department’s fountain of water, the Grünefeld women’s choir opening the festival at Seebühne, or Sven Dohse’s traditional closing track “Die Kugel Rollt” on Wiese….we’re humbled and touched to have the honour of playing the closing set of the Afterhour in beautiful Spelunke. Thank you for the trust <3
