I'm pleased to share this live recording from this year's Lightning in a Bottle via "The Junkyard Stage."  It's been my experience that sometimes, the really good ones don't get recorded. Burning Man 2023 Sunrise Set

After decades of dust and fire, I have chosen to step away from Burning Man, not as an ending, but as the beginning of something new. This album captures the journey of acceptance and rediscovering life’s meaning beyond the burn.

Labor Day weekend glamping alternative for burners and non-burners hosted in the woodsy Sierra Nevada foothills with 130+ acres of stunning outdoor/indoor playground. Well curated family-friendly and adult centered events, highlighting all the beauty of Deloro Valley in Tuolumne, west of Yosemite. 

Lots of gratitude to Derek Hena, co-founder of Pink Mammoth, for his intention of intimate connections through workshops, themed gatherings, wellness sessions, nourishing meals, and a stellar lineup of talent behind the decks.  All the details were made possible by the dedicated volunteers and the Deloro Valley staff!  They worked hard so we didn't have to!

This session is all about me just letting it rip!  No thinking...just feeling the energy and staying in the moment.

Inspired by Homer’s The Odyssey, this set transforms the mythic voyage home into a statement for movement. Each beat as a step to move forward, each obstacle and opportunity to thrive.

Rampue - Live At Robot Heart - Burning Man 2015

This was my first trip to the Joshua Tree Music Festival.  It definitely lived up to and exceeded any expectations I may have had.  The beautiful community of music enthusiasts it attracted was second to none.  They came with me wherever I went musically.  There's nothing like being physically present, but I'm trusting some of the magic from that beautiful evening under stars will translate via this recording into something that will leave your soul smiling. "I had a musically transformational experience in front of the robot heart bus years ago.  At that moment, I made a promise to myself that the next time I stepped foot on the bus, it would be to play.  Fast forward 5 years later…it’s 2am Monday night, about 30 min before my set, and I’m sitting in the deep playa with a close friend watching the bus make it’s way towards us from the city.  It was a moment that I will never forget.  This was what all the hard work was for.

To me, this mix represents a small microcosm of one of the things I learn over and over again every time I go to Burning Man; with patience, persistence, resilience, and positive intention, you can achieve anything.

Infinite gratitude to everyone who's supported me along this journey.  Although this, is just another beginning."

"Playing the Sunday morning closing set at Robot Heart at my first Burning Man was one of the most touching and rewarding moments of my musical adventure so far. I have always made music with the desert in mind, and this felt somehow like coming home, sharing it in the perfect environment.

Bedouin - Robot Heart - Burning Man 2015

This set was recorded live on the Disco Space Shuttle with an incredible trumpet player by the name of Pablo (Paul Theodore Chandler). We were engulfed by a massive dust storm for the first couple hours of this set but it didn't slow us down. We kept the vibe going until the skies cleared and provide a beautiful view of the Man burning. 

The final hour of the set was a 2x2 tag team session with Lushbunny while we drove around the Playa looking for trouble. 

Big shoutout to the Disco Space Shuttle crew for sharing their vibe, sound and love with all of us on Burn Night.

Brunch Life Glitter Ranch Mix!

Thanks to all the happy faces who stayed up all night or who set their dusty alarm clocks to come and dance with us Wednesday morning. Having been on the other side of the speakers for many a sunrise it was a treasured moment to play this music, which holds a lot of emotions for many of us.

We want to thank Fleetwood Mac for the original magic and Robot Heart for creating the opportunity to crank it loud and proud. The edits and remixes included were created by us (Roxanne Roll and Smooth Sailing) and many of our producer friends who we’d like to thank for their work and passion: Psychemagik, In Flagranti, Antenna Happy, Twin Sun, Dean Kenny, Youth Edits, Cosmic Kids and Trail Mix.
