DOUBLE DIP RECORDS UNRELEASED SHOWCASE: Rich Biscuit DJ Mix

Gratitude, like forgiveness, can free us from resentment and blame, and finding the good in hard, bad times, can empower us. Like finding a hidden gift, which can provide us strength resilience, and a brighter perspective. I am lucky that while I had a difficult painful childhood, I was exposed to many good things - art, music, food, travel. Even though I was sent away each summer to spend my birthday with strangers at camp, which was crippling to my self worth, those experiences also taught me a lot of important things. I learned to bond with people I had never met before, challenge myself to be stronger in many ways and experience  the beautify of Ontario's wild waters and spaces as a child and teenager.

So, this weeks set is a bit on the more housey side, not much if any minimal or techy stuff, that being said, there's awesomeness to be found - from the quirky 
"Tijuana" by Bedoiun, a fresh remix of Kaskade and  deadmau5's "Move For Me, a track from my old fave Budakid, and if you listen until the end, a call from Cem Uguzluoglu in "Open Your Eyes" . I hope you enjoy!

I've been DJing off and on since the 80s, got serious during covid and started to record and post weekly sets. I've an odd format - I pick 16 new tracks each week, mostly from ZipDJ, and put them together to make a set, I don't pick tracks which go together, just what I really like. Making them flow is often a real challenge. I love sharing the music I love.
