Heaven Knows Debut Album out now.

"The UK's brightest new Soul star", Mica Millar released her debut album 'Heaven Knows' on 10th June 2022 to accolades such as Echoes Magzine's 'Soul Album of The Month' and 'Brits Soul Album of The Year' (Jazz, Soul & Funk).

Heaven Knows is self-written, arranged and produced drawing inspiration from a plethora of vintage soundscapes; most notably soul, blues, gospel and jazz with respectful nods paid to girl groups of the 60's and 70's, giving her songs a timelessness quality that is both reassuringly familiar yet distinctively Mica Millar.

Those fortunate enough to have witnessed Mica on stage will have a clear idea of who she is: a bold, authentic talent with an ageless tone to her voice. 'Heaven Knows' finds Mica exploring themes of human nature, spirituality, love, inequality and empowerment.

Singer, songwriter, and producer Robyn Florence has an innate ability to create intimate moments. Her sound is calming and seductive, layered with ethereal harmonies over a foundation of soulful influences. Born in Manchester and raised just outside of Amsterdam, Robyn realised her passion for music after seeing Whoopi Goldberg as a lounge singer in Sister Act, at the age of 8. Her music tells stories of adolescence, love, grief, freedom and creative exploration.

She is known for her voice that is equally calming as it is seductive, with a foundation of soulful influences including Nina Simone, Sade and Lianne La Havas. In 2022, Robyn wrote and produced her first independent release, “Dream of Mine,” inspired after a dream to explore the emotional playground between our conscious and unconscious. The release was named song of the week by BBC Radio and picked up by stations and shows like: BBC Radio 1 Future Soul, BBC Radio 2 The Jazz Show with Jamie Cullum, and BBC Radio 6 Introducing Mixtape.

Most recently, Robyn has written and produced her first EP as a solo artist, which explores experiences of embodying juxtaposing emotions like love and grief, and isolation and freedom is debuting in 2023. 

Her first single, “Poison” comes out in April, inspired by the overwhelming weight of isolation Robyn felt during the pandemic when she began to reflect on feelings of invisibility in the world and her relationships.
