DJ Flex is a multi-genre DJ with a diverse sound. Born into a musical family with his dad & Grandfather being a sound engineer, his mum being a DJ in his early childhood and also his grandmother ‘Bassy D’ being crowned the best female bass guitarist for in Roots & Reggae music, DJ Flex was always passionate about a music from an early age. It started with rapping at the age of 5. But that all changed after his sisters birthday party when he was just 8 years old, as he touched a pair of Pioneer CDJs for the first time, and actually created a crazy party dynamic nobody had ever saw before at his age. Starting his journey at just 9 years old, DJ Flex was mentored by a close relative, DJ K9, diving into the world of UK Funky House music. Over the years, with the support of his dad, he honed his craft, gaining the skills and experience to become a staple in the DJ scene.

With a passion that has taken him from community events at 14 to high-profile performances, DJ Flex has cemented himself as one of the UK's finest. Notable highlights include DJing for OFB at Reading & Leeds Festival, working closely with Kenny Allstar, and having his sound system, Volcano Sound System, featured at the legendary Notting Hill Carnival. As Laicositna's official DJ, DJ Flex has completed a successful tour and is now a trusted Tour DJ. Known for his high-energy sets and ability to connect with any crowd, DJ Flex is a force to be reckoned with in the UK music scene.
