Hailing from Glasgow Fernie has immersed himself in the world of deep and hypnotic techno giving his own atmospheric take channeled through his own productions and sets. Most recently Fernie has released on Informa with his well received Spatial Awareness EP and teamed up with fellow Scottish artists Deepbass and Repart to promote their Orbits events. Fernie also continues to run his own Space Textures (@spacetextures) imprint pushing both new artists and established names music and teams with Norwegian based Monument (@monument-podcast) to curate their iconic podcast series.

Felipe Riquelme aka Nothofagus RS, based in Villarrica, Chile. He begins his career in mid-2022. His musical label is focused on deep and hypnotic techno, characterized by developing a sensorial, immersive, electric and energetic sound, operating outside of the commercial.

He is co-producer and resident of the HUF Production cycle, in which renowned national and international artists such as; Bruno Ledesma, GEM, Juli Lake, Klapp, KONV and NBM. Founder and curator of ROD Series, a podcast cycle dedicated to techno, in which Kaazbell, Chrysalis Totem and Mirko Antico have collaborated.

He has performed in relevant event cycles such as Blackspot, Sonidos Mentales and Technoise. During his career he has shared a booth with prominent artists such as Bruno Ledesma, Cia Rebeck, Juli Lake, NBM, Sam Wilson, Wild Rythm.

He recently participated in the release of Anachronic Records' first VA.
He has participated in various podcast cycles, including Multiverse Connection, Corriente Alterna, Dosis Records (“Extracorporeal XXVI”), Concepto Hipnotico (“Concepto Hipnocast”), ROD Series and recently in Hivemind (“Mindcast”).

He is currently positioned as one of the most prominent techno artists in the Villarrica scene.

This album started the same way most of my projects do, just me trying to get things out of my head. But it ended up becoming something a lot deeper. It captured one of the hardest times I’ve gone through so far, and honestly, a few of these tracks are just me trying to process everything. There were points where I almost gave up on finishing it because it felt too heavy, but I knew I had to see it through. I also didn’t want to stay stuck in one sound or one genre because that’s never brought me peace. I needed to try new things and let the music go with how I felt. "Great Mass of Distortion" is what came out of that — very messy but i hope you enjoy <3

Developer joins us this week on Train Wrecks. Hailing from Los Angeles, the prolific producer gives us a rare insight to early days starting out as a DJ all the way up to his current fast-paced workflow in the studio as a credible techno producer.

For the bulk of his output, he releases on the three labels he owns: Developer Archive, Olympian, and Modularz. He is also closely affiliated with Polegroup in Spain, working alongside the likes of Oscar Mulero and Christian Wunsch.
