Another very interesting Irish prospect are The Smoking Giants. Their single ‘Push It Forward’ is a proper alt-rock number with a great riff and a big sound. The members of this group have played in different bands before and toured the UK and Ireland plenty, which explains why they sound like they’ve been together for years.
Their debut so far has already been nominated for best Single from pureM Dublin based magazine also Festival gig guide Ireland made it track of the week, , it has hit the airwaves with TXFM, YAGFM, Dublin City FM, 2FM, FM 104 live session/ interview.
