✱ @benfikaa is a DJ and producer from Tijuana, Mexico. He has been active on the underground club scene since 2015. In his music, he unites different genres and club influences using the juxtaposition of intense and aggressive rhythms with more subtle and emotional melodies.

▰ His last release "Ruinas" came out on the label @infinite-machine in 2020. Since then he released various club singles on his own. Benfika is also a co-founder of event series and label @latigazo-club in Tijuana.

✱ @cuntryclub is a new Paris-based alternative club music label that focuses on the global bass and Latinx community formed by @djunderarrest / Their debut compilation will be out on October 27th

After a year of touring Latin America and Europe, exploring the meaning of Latin Core and Latin Tek, Corredor prepares to close the year with his emotional and transcendental release Rip Latin Core, being the main motivation the censorship by the music industry to his track Traaa which was removed from all digital platforms.

This Album/LP develops the whole theme of Latin Core music from samples and edits of pop, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton tracks, to bring a fusion of fresh music that has revolutionized the global dancefloors during the last few years.

'Rip Latin Core' seeks to coincide as an anthem that speaks of closing cycles, lost and the inevitable evolution of our lives. It is a deep reflection on the past that we must let go of, the present that we must face and the future that is still uncertain. The closing song is a tribute to all the experiences, friendships, relationships and family that has marked Corredor's journey to this point.
