oozing light from every pore.

Ein Spaziergang im Watt
beruhigt die Nerven und kühlt die Füße. Was könnte entspannter sein nach einem aufregenden und anstrengendem Tag am Meer. Viele Stunden mit warmer Sonne, Salzwasser auf der Haut und Eis im Bauch, liegen zurück.
Die Kinds haben sich ausgetobt. Mit wildem Gebrüll wurden Spielplätze erobert, Möwen verjagt und langweilige Erwachsene mit Wasser bespritzt. Anschließend wurde der Strand unsicher gemacht und tote Quallen als Wurfgeschosse missbraucht. Nun liegen die beiden friedlich in eine Decke eingekuschelt im Hotelzimmer.
Endlich haben wir ein bisschen Zeit für uns, nur eben eine frische Brise im Rucksack verstaut und die Wanderung bei Dämmerung kann beginnen.
Noch einmal tief durchatmen und den Frieden, die Stille des Wattmeeres genießen.

Almost every song I post started ages ago. I remember writing the lyrics to this song in the gym I go to during summer vacation. Good times. The lyrics were initially inspired by my family's continual attempt to live consciously to better the planet and better our personal health. I pretty much don't buy anything, so that is one way I help, lol. Gotta try to leave the spirit and the planet better than when we came. I worked on this track last Autumn, hence the title Autumn Warmth, but I want to dedicate this track to my dad who just died. I truly feel so lost. He was the one who got me interested in music as a child. Although the main piano part isn’t mine, I found it so beautiful I decided to build around it and add vocals. The piano was my dad’s main instrument. I have to say that his true love has always been music. Every holidays I’d spend with him as a child, he would be at his piano writing a new piece.
