Here's a song and video that's a bit of a change of pace, a crazy gangster story song from my album "Unhinged" that I recorded back in 2019. A totally made up this rock song and it has a nice riff. This is NOT one of my love songs!😂 It follows these insane bank robbers with serious mental problems! I wanted to make like a little action movie for this song. I'm always trying to make my songs into little films!😁.

    The video is new and took several days to finish since I had so many clips to edit together! I really tried to follow the song as close as I could and I even added a clip from an old Yosemite Sam cartoon of the 40's for comic relief!😂 I had a blast creating the video and I hope everyone enjoys it. This a companion track to "Stay the F--k Out of Ukraine" uploaded in 2022) Let's not become desensitized to all the destruction and human loss at the hands of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. Over 3 years of sustained violence with some of the heaviest drone and missile attacks being being  this week with attacks on civilian centres - Apartment Buildings, Neighbourhood playgrounds, Schools, Hospitals, Transportation centres/routes, Power generation . Wanton destruction. Mass graves. ICC, where are you?  Slava Ukraini. Putin could end it all as easily as he started this, faster than Trump claimed he could end it. LEAVE! and pay for all the damage in property and human lives wasted needlessly. Time for the Dinosaur of the old USSR  to go.

Fuck money... Do what you love and change your world by creating whatever that love is. That's more valuable to you as a person no matter what your bank balance reads. Fact. Timed right you should also gain affluence from that love early in life too if you stick at it. Just believe it and do it and you will get what you endeavour for. You are a mirror. People won't understand your light and love and when that happens just tilt direction to find people that do and you can amplify that together. This is particularly important to understand before you enter deep romantic relationships. Ideally the person you end up with should reflect your good side and visa versa. You'll find more daily peace seeking that out and ultimately being comfortable in your own skin not in a relationship until you do. You may never find that life partner and that's ok too. It's your world not someone else's so make it a better world for yourself and the people you effect everyday. Remember this... Whatever negative you absorbed as kids from me and your amazing Mum is not you and it's not your fault. This is just a challenge we all face and again being aware of this young will help you deal with those demons sensibly. Focus on our positive sides which are both amazing and whilst becoming yourself and becoming better versions of us, just remember nobody is perfect and it's all too easy to seek out that negative energy you never transcended in your youth if you're not aware to release it and be at one with it. Once we all do that then Earth will be one big giant planetary festival. Bring it on

Eating lots of cheese and hotdogs, eating lots of cake. and pie
I wish that I could switch to arugula and beets so I could be a more healthy guy.
It seems like everywhere I look; I see a delicious high calorie treat
But I only have one stomach and there's so much food to eat.
There's a Peloton in my basement, I need to go down there
Cause I. don't like how I look in my underwear
Why can't losing weight be as easy as losing hair.
I step into Starbucks for black coffee and walk out with hot chocolate and a muffin. Sometimes I feel like a teddy bear who's been filled with too much stuffing 
I tell myself that for lunch I'll have a side salad, and I'll skip the dressing but the more that I think about it it starts to feel depressing
there's the peloton in my basement I need to go down there.

If God said to Adam if you eat that fruit, you won't look good in your birthday suit, would he have taken a bite?  Based on my experience I don't think so.
If Moses led his people to the promised land and they found a place where desert was banned, would they have stayed there?  Based on my experience I don't think so.

I chew on my celery stick and I wish I was eating a French fry and I sip from my bottle of water but I'd rather be drinking a Mai Tai 
every day when I put on my clothes my pants feel a little bit tighter and every time when I step on the scale I realize I'm not getting lighter

My three spirit helpers: Polar bear-strength and persistence, golden eagle-vision and wisdom, and monarch butterfly-flexibility-adaptability-mobility, tenacity. together they assist me in staying focused, directed, and single-minded.
My musical history dates back 60 years as I learned classical piano for 3 years, then developed my ear by listening to pop and rock songs on the radio and learning them on piano. It's not till I was 17 that I began playing with others in bands for a few years and performed locally. 
I started composing and singing and recording my songs when I turned 50, my mother was dying, she had been a chorist for 30 years, and i wanted to show her that I could sing a lovely love song before she passed at the age of 80 in 2005. I sang « L’important c’est la rose » de Becaud.
I've composed 130 songs and have 120 on Soundcloud for monetizing and distribution. 
I am semi-retired massage therapist and am making more time to compose and record.
The sculptures which I. highlight in my song art are made by me from Alabaster.
