EN: Assertive and rough sound with a direct hint of Techno and Acid. The track had no reference, only an idea - to put a 909 kick under the vocal of a certain  wellknown sample.
The track is made incorrect by using of the Vital synthesizer, due to the strong delay of the preset sound. It lags behind by a second and because of this whole track seems that the lead is constantly swinging inside the project.
«Дурь» ("Dope"), according to Sasha - is deliberate and intentionally "somehow different". This is one of his favorite projects, which he often listens to and plays at venues in St. Petersburg.

RU: Напористый и грубый звук с прямым намёком на Техно и Эйсид. У трека не было референса, только идея - поставить 909-ю бочку под читку определённого семпла. 
Неправильным трек делает синтезатор Vital, из-за сильной задержки звучания пресета. Он отстаёт на секунду и из-за этого кажется, что лид постоянно свингует внутри проекта.
«Дурь», по словам Саши - обдуманный и намеренно "какой-то не такой" Это один из любимых его проектов, который он сам часто слушает и играет на площадках Петербурга.

Marcal returns to Dustin Zahn’s Enemy Records once again with 5 new signature style tracks. The EP demonstrates further refinement of Marcal’s shamanic tribal grooves that everybody knows and loves, along with an artistic progression towards weirder and deeper sonic territory.

The vinyl starts off with “Swindle,” a powerful and unstoppable peak time track emphasizing groove and tension above all else. “Two Become One” completes the A side with a slightly more mellow and delicate vibe that will ‘lock in’ just about any dance floor.

The B side kicks off with “Blessing,” a track comprised of rolling mysticism and unrelenting rhythms. It’s classic Marcal in top form. The vinyl ends with what is possibly Marcal’s strangest and deepest track yet, “Perpetuity Wing.” The track invites listeners into a lucid dream state via ethereal vocals and hypnotizing percussive work.

As a digital bonus, “Spellbind” rounds out the EP with hypnotizing vocal work and steady late-night grooves. Staring into the void feels less daunting with tracks like Two Become One, Perpetuity Wing, and Spellbind.

Heads (they/them) is an emerging DJ, radio host, and event organiser making waves in the techno scene. Known for exploring sounds that are deep, hypnotic and synaesthetic, they straddle the space between dance and storytelling.

Originally from Eora/Sydney and now based in Naarm/Melbourne, Heads began DJing through community radio station FBi Radio, appearing on shows including Dance Class, Sunset Sessions, and Patina. In 2024, they became a resident at the reopened Chinese Laundry, supporting international artists Wata Igarashi and Helena Hauff alongside Australian favourites Laura King, DJ Plead, and Hasvat Informant.

Through their event series Hormone, Heads curated all-transgender lineups, crafting unique and dynamic parties as an expression of love for their community.

With this mix, Heads goes off-script and dives headfirst into the wormhole.
