Recorded from the very beautiful and snowy Lekwungen Territory, My NYE show is a tiny snippet of some of my favourite tracks released in 2021, of which there was an immense list to choose from. Thank you to all the artists and labels continuing to push through challenging times, and creating such a safe and distracting space from reality. Hope you all enjoy the speedy bleeps. 

This is, sadly, my final “Here There Be Monsters” show as I shift focus to other projects. I want to say a huge thank you to boxout.fm for the continued support over the last 2+ years, my gratitude knows no bounds.

Today we present a live set by a Polish artist Robodrum recorded at the Re:mise Club in Berlin on 25.05.2022.

Robodrum is currently one of the best Polish export electro project. His publications appeared on foreign publishing houses, incl. such labels as Detriti Records (Germany), Crobot Muzik (Croatia), Digital Distortion (UK), Biotech Records (UK), Militant Science (UK), Devine Disorder Records (USA), Body Control (USA), Bass Agenda (UK) ) or in our Elektropunkz Recordz (Poland). Needless to say, thanks to them he has developed a brand that is recognizable all over the world. Proof of this is the presence of his tracks in sets of such big players as Dave Clarke or a regular place in electro-broadcasts all over Europe or the USA.

Inspirations and priorities in music production are futurology, 808 drumkick distortion, appropriate flow and tempo, cosmic pad, dark vocoder, analog retro speech synthesizer, blip break beeep, robots, androids, past vs future, armageddon !!!

His activity on the stage was an element that brought together the Polish scene of electro creators, which resulted in the compilations "The Robots Riot. Poltron Invaders", which were well-received all over the world.
No dressing up or sweetening - this is a solid E.L.E.C.T.R.O. straight from dystopian science fiction.
