Boyan - Tuesday 2AM 

Hailing from Bulgaria, 23 year old Boyan has been on our radars for a fair bit now. Having completed his degree on Sound Engineering, he has also been dabbling with piano keys since the age of 7, and picked up djing as he grew older. 2015 has been instrumental for him as an artist / composer and saw his debut Ep 'Atmosphere' on Future Beats Records in April, followed by a stream of quality releases on INFINIT and most recently, Amsterdam-based platform MOOVMNT.

'Tuesday 2AM' exemplifies his growing skills as an artist, but more importantly, his ability to capture a certain vibe in his music. Movement is fluid in this particular composition, enhanced by his smooth chords and lush textures - elements that are progressively shaping his language.

My friend Jules put me onto DJ Tranzo's dope Los Angeles Negros-samplin' beat a few months ago. I posted a short Instagram clip of me rappin' these classic Pharcyde lyrics over it ('cause that's what I kept hearing in my head) and she asked me to record the blend. Figured I'd share it here. I recorded it live so it's a little rough.
