The Biscuit

At that time I met a stranger, her story was sad and her voice gentle.. She saw and heard what no one should.. She suffered a lot. I recorded lullaby for her to make our world quieter, less scary, cold nights warmer. Many times my music was written by empathy, maybe this one is an illusion of fear that we pass through. It seems to weep over the idea of utopia, happiness. Everything needs a little bit of silence .. Even music..

Music has to tell stories or get us into certain moods. This is what I do with my mixes. I started making mixes for selfish reasons, I mainly make them for myself. Therefore every mix stands for a certain mood of a particular time.
My music is influenced by deep house and tech house. I always try to include many different styles whilst still having an overall theme in every mix.
I'm not a professional DJ and so I want to take the opportunity to thank my listeners for their loyalty and that they have always encouraged me to continue.

Heute zu Gast ist Rolandson , der jetzt in Halle/ Saale lebende Rolandson der sich in Rostock wie auch in Schweden zu hause fühlt entschleunigt einen spontan und beflügelt  mit seiner bunten Mischung aus Deep House und nahezu orientalischen Klängen  from all over the world. 
Von einfallsreichen Intros bis zu Sinnhaftigkeit und besonderem Sound , angeregt durch die  Suche nach neuem musikalischen Input oder einem neuen Gefühl, bei ihm alles zu finden. Er mixt was ihm gefällt und ich finde das großartig, denn wir sind heut zu Tage oft genug  fremdbestimmt oder glauben einem Schema folgen zu müssen.
 Da ist  es eine Wohltat  wenn man sich davon frei machen kann und zumindest in der Musik seinem eigenen Ruf folgt. 
Rolandson lässt sich keine musikalische Richtung vorschreiben und so ist es auch ein wenig mit Spannung verbunden was einen bei seinen Sets erwartet ..... jedes ist anders und besonders .Seit 2012 hat er seine eigene Podcastreihe - den  Seasidetrip,  in der Menschen  rund um den Globus ihre Leidenschaft zur Musik zum Ausdruck bringen können.

In den nördlicheren Regionen erfreuen uns die bunten elektrisch geladenen Teilchen des Sonnenwinds, die Polarlichter bieten eurem Käpt’n und seiner Crew das perfekte Farb- und Lichtspiel, für die Musik von www.soundcloud.com/walker-17. 

Wenn er nicht gerade in der Kombüse einen Wasserschaden verursacht oder im Rumpf unseres Schiffes heimlich Tracks bastelt, dann stellt er träumerische Mixe zusammen. Sie bilden mit den Lichtspielen am Himmel eine wundervolle Symbiose und lassen uns hinauffliegen oder besser, darin abtauchen - abtauchen in eine für ihn teilweise surreale Unterwasserwelt, welche ihn den Rest um sich herum vergessen lässt. So träumen wir gemeinsam an Deck, schauen den Lichtspielen zu, gehen Tauchen und geben uns hin.
