Helena fell in love with dnb after she went to her first rave at 18 and has been pretty much been obsessed ever since! As it can be for so many women it took her a while to gain the confidence she needed to get behind the decks but we are so pleased she did! Her natural instincts for the music are obvious, and she's got a vibe that is clearly her own. It's for mixes like this that we set up Full Spectrum in the first place 💜🙏

“I started mixing a year ago and friends now call me ‘H Swizzle’. As you know I’m not doing this for promotion or to get gigs, this is just something I wanted to do for myself. Mixing has brought me so much joy over the last year and helped me through some difficult times so I wanted to create something to show how much this new hobby means to me. I also wanted to leave my mark on Bristol now that I’m leaving and showcase my own personal taste with some Bristol flavour added in there too 🥰”

If you don’t know about the amazing producer/DJ that is Che Mac, then what are you doing just follow him already if you know what’s good for you!!!

He’s the co-owner of Bournemouth’s ill Groove Society and an all-around prolific beatmaker who’s been absolutely killing it recently.

The first time I came across his music was when he dropped his remix of Shirley Temper’s WTFAY — what a wicked release!

We’ve kept in touch ever since speaking about how much we’d love to collaborate on a release — and now the time is finally here!

From the start, we’ve always been obsessed with hip-hop-inspired rave fusion, and this track embodies everything we love about jungle.
