Nightlosers is a fusion music band from Romania, known for their eclectic and innovative approach to traditional Romanian music. The band was founded in 1994 by guitarist and vocalist Dan Handrabur and started playing in clubs in Bucharest and other cities in Romania. Their music combines elements of blues, jazz, rock, and traditional Romanian music, with lyrics in Romanian, English, and other languages. The band uses traditional instruments such as the violin, accordion, cobza, and cimbalom, but also modern instruments such as the electric guitar and bass. Nightlosers has released several studio albums and has won multiple awards for their music, including the Radio Romania Cultural Award for "Best Traditional Music Album" in 2004 for their album "Cinste lor". The band has performed around the world, including in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, and the United States of America.
