Berlin-based SIRS is back on Hell Yeah with the new single 'Woman', an instrumental version plus a remix from label favourite My Friend Dario.

Sirsounds Records label head SIRS, which means Sounds In Real Stereo and is an alias of Daniel Klein, is a mainstay of the scene with releases on the likes of Live At Robert Johnson and a distinctive laidback style. He previously contributed to the first volume in the File Under Balearic Gabba EP series and brings the goodness once more here.

'Woman' is a magnificent nine-minute odyssey where silky arps loop around fluttering melodic leads. The chugging beats have a perfect mix of snap and deepness so quickly hypnotise you. There is always soothing going on throughout the track, whether that's a classic falsetto vocal sample, Middle Eastern-style chords or textured guitar licks. It's an epic, slow-burning dance floor workout that also comes as a shorter version and a widescreen instrumental.

My Friend Dario was last here with his Senza Estate album in August, which was a perfectly dreamy summer soundtrack. He shows another side here as his wonderful Food For Woofers Remix brings driving, club-ready technoid beats and warped bass under an explosion of melodies that will twist late-night dance floors inside out.

These sounds are designed to keep everyone warm all winter long.

Celestial risers as I call them, banging but subtle razing bassline, beautiful vocal chords, a guitara banana from absolutely nowhere .. well everything we love, isn’t?
 Edit suggestion: HYAS for bigger percussions. I played this gem for a long time, but I was always bothered by the fact that the edit finishes with the refrain .. I never asked myself what the original song was. That is until a few days ago, when my friend -and music provider - Frankie spontaneously sent me a nice lossless version of the track. I was then: Bam! Okey, no coincidences, I'll make my version.  So here is mine, with a different intro and outro ❣️

Fun fact: Discogs categorise as new-beat - well, maybe not widely far off to be honest.

Everybody needs an amazing love story to blow up in their face and destroy everything they are, it's a must for every artist and human that wants to get to his core of understanding, the center of the pain, the middle of his earth, we hate to say it, but sometime that's the best thing that could happen to a person, especially A Talent like Nadav Spiegel, going back home was by far the second best thing he did , first of course, being this album. describing music is useless, emotionless, you just need to put the needle at the beginning, and listen, and as the story unfold, so will your heart, it's over now you know.

The noise echoed loudly in the old abandoned car park as the walls shook under the weight of the mighty bang. Boom, boom, boom... The sound travelled for thousands of miles and could be heard from far away. Inside the towering structure a hundred people had gathered to observe the scene, watching as the machinery tore through the barrier of sound and entered an entirely new dimension. The sun had fallen now beneath the clouds and the darkness, the end was soon. 

Turbo Boom Boom appears on a new split EP alongside an array of talent in the form of Hysteric, Roger Thornhill and Baerlz. He reworks a funky bubblegum special into a fun focused club track.

Anything Goes | Putain Con (Nathan Joy Edit)

The french artist Dombrance continues his series of tracks and songs inspired by politicians.

"These are not political songs, I just get inspired by their names and personality" says the producer on an interview with French TV.

In collaboration with Bufi, this is the first time Dombrance uses a non-french politician, choosing the recently elected Mexican president Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AKA AMLO) and his controversial personality as his victims. Mockery or hommage? Is up to you to decide.

The single is complemented by a dreamy "Tulum" and magnificent re interpretations from in-house artists Mijo & Perfect Lovers, and Ambiance.
