Marking his third release to date, San Diego-based producer Jack Emery unveils his enchanting ‘Halo’ EP on Purified Records. The title track opens with ethereal vocals and a serene arrangement, balancing intimacy and expansiveness. ‘Above The Clouds’ shifts to vibrant synth melodies and infectious rhythms, exuding playful energy, while ‘Rays of Hope’ closes the EP with a deep emotional build, soaring into a triumphant finale.

The ‘Halo’ EP artwork hosts a photograph taken by Kelsey Williamson, an adventurer and photographer passionate about exploring the world’s most remote and stunning regions. Her work captures untamed landscapes and underwater wonders, inspiring a deeper connection to the wild and a curiosity for the unknown.
There’s a pass in the South Pacific, off the island of Fakarava in French Polynesia, where the underwater world thrives—particularly for sharks. Known as "The Wall of Sharks," this pass is renowned for the hundreds of grey reef sharks that hunt at night and drift with the current during the day. Nearby, there’s a remarkable coral reef called the Magic Carpet Ride, which houses a vibrant ecosystem now facing the increasing threat of coral bleaching. Despite being relatively free of agricultural runoff, the reef is slowly deteriorating, which underscores a sobering reality: if a place like this is struggling, it highlights a serious global issue we must address.

Graduated in graphic arts, born in Paris of Spanish origin, Romain Garcia has always drawn from his numerous influences, whether cultural or artistic.
DJ since he’s 15 years old and fan of techno, especially melodic, he sent a demo to Ben Böhmer during the quarantine, who immediately hooks on his soaring style, full of exotic sounds, of triturated voices samples, plated on hypnotic and dancing rhythms. 
This artistic crush led to a collaboration : that’s how was born "Cappadocia", the first track of Romain Garcia released on Cercle Records in 2020, already accumulating 9 million streams.
The single "White Flag" was released afterwards, on the German label Ton Topferei.
Recently spotted by the management of NTO, who Romain is sharing a lot of dates with, he is now preparing to release his first EP, "Syamo".
