The beginning of the PROEKT and the first release were in Moscow. Therefore, there is a good reason and important thing to start the New Year with the Moscow release. 

There is a lot to say about the Moscow scene — we decided to show it. We are so glad and excited to announce our 24th release and the first in 2023.

WAREHOUSE is Sergey Timashov's weekly party, which has been held at the Propaganda Club since 2010. It’s about techno, electro, acid and other related EDM styles. 

Roman Vabel is a musician who started his journey back in 2008 and since 2015 has become a permanent resident of the legendary Propaganda, continuing to form his taste within the club walls: from new beat and Italo to techno and electro itself.
Roman’s basis is always signature — techno sound with a clear groove, concept and emotional message.

Originally from southern Russia, Roman Vabel began exploring and collecting music since 2009. His 16 year-long ballroom dancer career brought strong influence on his creative journey. Although Roman’s key inspiration comes from East and North European electronic music producers, as well as sounds of Detroit of ’90s & ’00.
He’s been performing regularly around the country, including the decks of Rabitza and Monasterio - important names in the capital’s underground Techno and wave. Tune in 18:00 - 19:00!
