Raised in a house with a dad who listened to Pink Floyd, Supertramp, uruguayan folk/rock music, and a mom that listened to Bee Gees, Giorgio Moroder and Donna Summer, Sebastian was able to develop love for energetic and progressive music.

Around year 2000-2001 He discovered trance and house music on some GateCrasher, D-mode cd compilations at the "Pop/Disco/Dance" little section that a famous local store used to have, he fell in love with the sound.

Throughout the years he was able to learn and discover other genres such as melodic & deep house, progressive house and melodic techno.

Sebastian has played as guest several Podcast such as musicalldayeveryday from San Diego, United States, also in Trance Latinoamerica as guest mix for Antonino Tizzano Radio Show, Movement Live show done by Soulmate Studio Academy, Deep House Sweden , PHA, After 5 Sessions for Boogie Bunker Radio from Tenerife and more!

Nowadays his tracks go from Chill out, Deep to Progressive and Trance with hypnotic melodies and blissful pads.

His monthly podcast, Progressive Sounds comes out every third Thursday of the month on Quantumradiofm.com/home and every last Sunday of the month on Soundcloud and MixCloud.

Juan Franco Rivero, better known as JFR, was born in Mendoza, Argentina, in 1995. At age 15 he began to study guitar and piano. His first approach to electronic music was at 17, listening to Sasha, Hernán Cattaneo, Fernando Ferreyra, John Digweed and Nick Warren, artists that led him to lean his preferences for the progressive house genre and its multiple sub-genres. At the age of 18 he discovered Ableton Live, a tool that he has used ever since to work on his tracks and teach classes.

Last mix of 2022 which is 22 of my favourite tracks from last year that I haven’t played.

Recently I watched the Our Universe documentary series on Netflix. One of the episodes followed a sea turtle and I was fascinated by how they navigate the waters.

Part of their navigation system in the open ocean is the earth’s magnetic field! Depending on the specific location on earth, the magnetic field has a specific inclination and intensity. Sea turtles seem to be able to sense this signature. When turtles are placed experimentally in the magnetic field of a different location with the use of an electric coil, they will adapt swimming directions as if they have changed to the location of the magnetic field!

As a PRODUCER, he released music on some of the best international labels such as THE SOUNDGARDEN , BONZAI, FUTURE AVENUE🇧🇪, MIX STUDIO RECORDING🇬🇧and EXPERIMENT RECORDS🇬🇧. I am currently in Tulum, Mexico, working with the objective of transmitting different emotions through music, groove and melodies, seeking to connect with the followers of my music.
My passion for electronic music began when I was very young, in the middle of 2000. Years later I had the opportunity at different events to get to know the electronic musical genre, within which I highlight the Progressive House as my preference. Then that hobby turned into a passion, always listening to pioneers of the genre such as Hernán Cattaneo, John Digweed, Sasha, Nick Warren, etc.

I enjoy playing Deep, Melodic and Progressive house because all the vibration and frequency of the sounds takes me and the audience from a warm start to a higher level realm.
