DEX 2 it is part of a much more ambitious project. This is a concept album
composed of seven tracks that musically represent seven "emotional cross-sections" of the contemporary world.
Rémi Genovese, Sicilian composer of African origins, paints seven "musical retables" investigating and
mixing personal issues and current topics, autobiographical narration and social reflection. There
noble material of this album arises directly from the tradition of electronic House, but it comes
constantly hybridized with Ambient, Afro and Indie influences, resulting in an extremely genre
eclectic and personal.
