NOVELTY means digital, melodic synthmusic.
NOVELTY is an independent DIY project with so many influences
from postmodern ambient to shoegaze nostagia, from chillwave textures to retro pop sensation.

The project ROME IN REVERSE debuted in 2014 by the Italian artist Antonella Pacifico who has since relocated to Copenhagen, Denmark. RIR's environment is a melted collection of club dance music, blissed-out trance-techno, ambient dub and dreamy trip hop sounds driven by up/downtempo electronic beats. Her emotive and melancholic textures are also occasionally accompanied by her vocals.
