French label Meant serve up another EP from their fast rising Montreal based duo Vosper. Made up of Edouard Le and Christopher Byron, the pair excels in analogue funk, have also released on Throne of Blood and here get remixed by Items & Things man Marc Houle. Taking some of their cues from the likes of Drexcyia and Mark Bell, the duo have a sound somewhere between darkened techno and physical EBM.

Alain Heiniger & Ronald Christoph - Demanding Hypnosis (snipped)

Located on the banks of the Rhine, Westerwald sounds like a far flung fantasy kingdom. Well known for its idyllic scenery and mountainous landscapes, the German region regularly provides inspiration for the likes of Dominik Eulberg, Gabriel Ananda and now Tim Engelhardt. 

The shining status alongside his illustrious peers is testament to Tim’s talent. At seventeen he released ‘Everything Is All You Have’ on Steve Bug’s Poker Flat label and he returned late last year with the excellent ‘Enigmatism’ EP.  He's also showcased his skills on Parquet, Babiczstyle and, most recently, Upon.You. Here we find him upping the ante once more with an impressive debut on Joris Voorn & Edwin Oostwal’s GREEN imprint.  

His trademark expansive melodic structures and exquisite use of harmonies are in evidence again as we’re wowed by the spine-tingling beauty of ‘Pan’ and blown away by the intricate, wonderful and aptly titled ‘Trabant’.

Francesca Lombardo graces her very own Echoe imprint with an engrossing two tracker this week. The producer, noted for works on the likes of Crosstown Rebels and Berlin's Get Physical, styles a pair of scintillating cuts in  'Remembrance' and 'Never Too Far'.  The latter, which we have the pleasure of showcasing in full premiere today, centres around a tightly knit groove and a punchy drum ensemble. The surface is coated with an array of melodic touches, offering a fine collection of aural textures to envigorate. It's an evolving track that rolls in constant circles over a near nine minute trip.

On the heels of our "American Hustle" EP - we are back with our boys Jaceo & Vedic - this time on Bitten Records with our "313 (Detroit Calling)" EP.  Named after the city's area code - lyrically the track is an homage to the city's resilience in the face of constant hardships - to give birth to a musical genre and movement that has touched the lives of millions around the world. 

The flip side - "212" is not actually named after New York City's dialing code as one might suspect - but is rather the temperature (in fahrenheit) that water turns from a liquid into a gas (pretty fucking hot).  The words - courtesy of the one and only Ray Winstone - from the incredible film "Sexy Beast" - underscore that hot feeling we've all experienced in our favorite neighborhood 'sweat on the walls' nightclub. Ok so maybe it wasn't 212 fahrenheit in the club - but you get the point!

Renowned Berlin-based Ronald Christoph is a experienced musician, prolific music Producer and live Performer with an impressive career spanning nearly three decades.

Having worked across a wonderfully diverse spectrum of contemporary music and art projects since the early 90s – Ronald’s impressive discography is an ongoing journey of electronic, disco, house & techno music and all shades in between.

In the early 2000s, fully immersed in the legendary movement in Berlin, Ronald naturally developed a greater focus in powerful, dancefloor-oriented underground techno and house music scene, consistently producing on average, 20 singles and 1-2 albums per year. 

Ronald has released his music and co-productions on vinyl and digital format with fellow international artists including @Miyagi, DJ Good Groove, @Jack-the-box-54, @PrincElbeeBad, @Coyu, @Steve-Cole, @DJ-Danny-Russell, @MarcMiroir, accruing tens of millions of streams and downloads in the process.

Over the past two decades, Ronald has released his music on world-class record labels including @CocoonRecordings, @Mixmag-1, @Evamore, @PuzzleProjectsMusic, @KaterMukke, @Midnight-Riot-Records, @Third-Ear-Recordings, @Exploited, @Acker-Records, @Paper-Disco,  @GigoloRecords & many more.
