Although no newcomer to the music industry, the last twelve months have seen Freeze break through and make a name for himself.

Previously receiving heavy support from BBC Drum & Bass DJs, including the likes of Crissy Criss and D&B pioneers Fabio & Grooverider, and more recently (in 2021), René LaVice has featured much of both Freeze’s released and unreleased music on his BBC Radio 1 Drum & Bass show, which has also led to Freeze releasing on René’s imprint, DeVice Records, with 'Stay Focused', ‘Dreaming Of You’, and ‘Dubplate 95’.

Freeze, who originates from Preston, has crossed the globe learning his craft as a producer and has a strong back catalogue of ice-cold releases stacking up.

His music has featured on some of the biggest labels in D&B, some of which include the legendary Drum & Bass label V Recordings, Ram Records, and more recently on Suburban Base Records and Jungle Cakes. 

Now calling Bournemouth his home, things are looking rather busy for Freeze, with lots to look forward to as he continues to bring his ice-cold sounds to dance floors across the globe. We feel this is just the tip of the iceberg as he moves towards the next decade.

One of the founding members of Simpler Times Events in San Diego, Psilovybe has been DJing and producing events since 2010.   He is known for his dark psychedelic sets, playing techno, progressive, psytrance, trance, drum and bass and breaks. While usually being spotted turning up dust in the Mojave desert, he has also been seen playing tunes as far north as Mount Shasta and east in Las Vegas. Early this year, Psilovybe was added as a resident DJ for the Desert Escape crew. With a wide range of sounds, he is prepared to bring the weirdness at any hour!
