@manumiran was originally scheduled to play The Grove, but ended up closing out Hemlock Hole instead due to some unforeseen circumstances. He was a total pro and rolled with the situation beautifully. With three hours to work with, Manu was able to slowly build an incredible set that created a perfect Segway into the rest of the night,

They are a part of Chulita Vinyl Club collective, mentoring up and coming DJs as well as a founding member of SF’s award winning daytime dance party, Hard French. With the long Chicago winter drawing to a close, I wanted to make a mix with a more distinct sense of transition as opposed to riding a particular vibe. It starts with a psychedelic spoken word track, builds with some tropical imagery and 2000s-era trippy tech, and ends somewhere else… hopefully joyous?

Saturn is a hard, dominating presence requiring discipline and direction. You need to ask for help from your friends and comfortable familiars to navigate all the obstacles Saturn throws at you. This is where the full moon in Cancer comes in. The full moon during Capricorn is where you need to look for guidance and inspiration to complete all odds and ends before the next new moon. Cancer rules the home, and the environment that nurtures you.
