@shaunjwright is my guest for July 2021. Hailing from Chicago, Shaun is a multitalented performer by way of vogueing, singing, producing music and dj'ing. I look up to Shaun for so much inspiration. His style is full of color and imagination where jacking beats to deep tribal soul come together as a unique art form.  My project @wreckednyc which includes my buddy @mistersmithnyc opens up the first hour. This session is a preview of what to expect at the Summer Wrecked party on July 17. My musical influences span the globe from learning to two-step at bluegrass festivals in Alaska in the late 80's and studying Turkish Folk music in Istanbul in '90, to the early Full Moon parties on Koh Pha Ngan in '92, and a decade in NYC dancing at Jackie 60, Save The Robots, Squeeze Box @Don Hill's to name a few.
