Obsimo is a French musician and producer based in Bordeaux who cleverly blends dance beats with impactful electronic melodies. Discovered by Les Inouïs du Printemps de Bourges thanks to his dynamic live presence, he has a new single coming up featuring Australian indie artist Renwick, ‘Smiling Lights’. The uplifting musical universes of the two artists meet up in this dreamy track made of lightning synthesizers that will electrify any underground dancefloor and turn it into a floating utopia.

I made this edit while I was on a plane heading to my gigs for Miami Music Week in March 2025. The day prior to me leaving , my brother Peter Aces asked me to ID the vocal , he couldn’t remember who the original artists were. Sometimes I’m like a human version of Shazam, I knew what track it was right away after he sent me the lyrics .  As I sat on the plane I couldn’t get The Rapture by Black Coffee out of my head, so I broke out my laptop, I extracted the acapella from the Original version of Rain (produced by Oscar G) .. and I edited the vocal over the The Rapture while adding a few little tweaks of my own to make the track stand out a bit … it was pure magic and the crowds reaction solidified the whole idea and made it into a true summer weapon for me that I tend to play a lot over this summer coming… so here you go , here’s my edit of rain vs the rapture . 
Feel free to download a copy and feel the magical vibe of this collab I put together while flying high and enjoying this life God Gave me .

Soulsearcher - Can't Get Enough - Obviously a massive tune and essential for any house fan out there. Absolutely huge back in 2009 and if I'm correct, the first ever release on Defected Records with that famous blue and grey cover.
Obviously they nicked the sample from Gary's Gang so I nicked bits from both of them plus threw in a little Blaze amonst others things and hey presto - 8 mins of soulful disco house classicness ;)
