The BeatBoosters DJ formation was formed by two friends Mojzi & Terka in the late 80's based on requests from our friends to play music everyone dances to at parties. At the beginning we mostly played Funky, Disco, Soul, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Rap and Breakbeat music. Nowadays the repertoire grew with NuFunk, Funk House, Latin House, Swing Hop and Glitch Hop styles.
Our musical philosophy is to show an alternative to today's mainstream music and to entertain our audience with playing and sampling musicians who are unknown to the common audience, but recognized and widely played in their genre. We are also happy to bring lesser known, once popular hits, remixes which reflect our musical taste.

A Beat Boosters formáció két jó barát (Mojzi és Terka) közös szórakozásából, és barátaink, ismerőseink szórakoztatására és kívánságára jött létre középiskolás éveinkben. Akkoriban többnyire Funky, Disco, Soul, Jazz, Hip Hop, Rap és Breakbeat stílusú zenéket játszottunk, manapság ezek kiegészültek NuFunk, Funk House, Latin House, Swing Hop és Glitch Hop stílusokkal.
Alapvető zenei filozófiánk, hogy ne csak napjaink trendi előadóinak unalomig játszott zenéivel szórakoztassuk közönségünket, hanem olyan előadók zenéit is játsszuk, melyek ismeretlenek az átlagos hazai hallgatóság számára, de műfajukban elismertek és igényes zenét játszanak. Továbbá szívesen nyúlunk ismert slágerek kevésbé ismert feldogozásaihoz, melyek ízlésünket tükrözik.
