Now working primarily as the head of program design at Bayerischer Rundfunk, Munich-based DJ Richard Larive aka Richie Lauterbach, has been active in the club scene for three decades. While he now mainly performs at major BAYERN 3 events (BAYERN 3 Club Tour, BAYERN 3 Party Ship, etc.), he continues to play numerous gigs at renowned clubs such as Neuraum Munich, Raum Rot, at the Loveparade (2006) or Open Beatz Festival. One of his key accomplishments is the creation, development and hosting of the ENERGY Mastermix brand – one of Germany's largest and most successful DJ radio shows. As part of this DJ radio show, he collaborated with Universal Music to develop the Mastermix compilation series featuring many famous guest DJs, such as Paul van Dyk and Benny Benassi. Richard Larive, aka Richie Lauterbach, impressively caters to club audiences with his distinctive style of Deep, Tech, and Disco House.
