A piece for the Blue Blur's anniversary! 

Taking another quick pause from the TTTE stuff for another Sonic Genesis mix. The goal with this track, originally, was just to mix together Green Hill with Sonic CD's 'You Can Do Anything' ('YCDA'), the latter of which is a favorite of mine. This quickly evolved into a remix of almost *every* version of Green Hill in the franchise (missing Forces and Blast GG), with a grander premise than that of a mashup: a SEGA Genesis styled, Sonic 1 prologue/opening piece. Maybe it could even work as Sonic's theme in the game, but that's up to you. :) 'YCDA' is still here, but it more so serves as a portion of Green Hills from Sonic 2 on the Game Gear and Master System.

All instruments were taken from Sonic 1, 2, S&K, while the drums are the closest I presently have to the source that the in-game samples originally came from! This was all made in Mixcraft 10 Pro Studio, with the usage of Chipsynth MD from Plogue.

I own nothing, not even the cues from games I used. All the original music or musical cues came from their respective Sonic the Hedgehog games and their respective composers.

Hi there! I’m Noah, a young man who is, first and foremost, a follower of Yeshua the Messiah who belongs to YeHoVaH the Most High. Consequently, it is my desire to please Him in all I do. My former name for my SoundCloud was “AMusicalExplorer”.

I have always greatly liked music since I was little and what all can be communicated through it. I’m at most a beginner with music, but I desire to explore it, and by that I mean, explore writing music, trying out different compositions of songs that have already been written (remixes or mashups, one may say), and also growing in my understanding of music (not everyone starts out a pro, of course).
