Mexican Stepper debuts on Boom One Records with "Dark Knight", a heavy manners dub selection which morphs old and new school dub techniques and creates a fresh and unique international sound!  With a deep seeded bass line, and a sticky digi drum track, “Dark Knight” makes you feel as though you could become a dark knight in your own right!  Dubbed out arpeggio midi style sounds periodically pan around the room, taunting you to catch them.  But alas, they are quite evasive.  A better idea is to stand firm, let the bass come into you, and let Mexican Stepper take you on an outer-national tour of música dub reggae.

Tuffa Dubs records are proud to present our very first Artist EP, featuring our long time brethren from London city El Fata. 
Since our very first 7” release named “Tell them again” we have been bringing together our trademark digital sound with the amazingly sweet and unique vocals of the highly talented and unmistakable El Fata. We have been working hard in the studio and live on stage perfecting our cool and deadly combination which has been tried and tested in many of Europe’s biggest dancehall sessions.
“ Dancehall Style” takes you on a journey through many different styles of digital reggae, including four brand new vocal tracks and two exclusive dub mixes.
The opening track of the EP is named “Revolution Time” . El Fata delivers a message of consciousness and positivity in this time of uncertainty for many. The riddim has a real dubwise feel and is sure to push any bass speaker to the limit . The following track is “Revolution Time Dub” a dubbed out instrumental version guaranteed to nice up the roots dance and mash down the walls of Babylon. Last up on side A is “Super Lover”. El fata drops some beautifully laid back vocals on top of our high energy digital casio riddim giving the track a unique and exciting feel to get any dancehall rocking and all the ladies dancing.

First up on side B is a new take on our previously released “Inspector Gadget” riddim, made famous by King Generals hit tune “Digikal”. El Fata smashes the "Dancehall Sweet" track with nothing but pure niceness and good vibes showing the world why he is one of the UK’s hottest and favourite dancehall talents. An earth shaking dub mix follows. Rich in reverb and delay our fresh new mix is set to rock up every party in town.
For the grand finale we have laid down our own version of the classic Jah Tubby's riddim named “Pure Worries” . “Champion sound” is a supercharged dancehall killer for all the soundboys and soundgirls guaranteed to mash up any session from Scotland to Tokyo.

The “Dancehall style” EP features amazing hand drawn art work and will available late October 2013 on 12” Vinyl and all digital formats.

scene that is thriving more than ever, despite a total lack of mainstream media
coverage and the general decline of the mass music industry. The multitude of
dub sessions across Europe feature the speakers of Sound System legends Jah
Shaka, Iration Steppas & Aba-Shanti-I stacked to the ceiling, where you’ll find
crowds (often in excess of 1000) head-nodding and skanking all night to the bass
at events such as London’s ‘University of Dub’, Leeds’ ‘Subdub’ or Paris ‘Dub
Central’.
Vibronics have been at the very heart of UK Dub since the mid 1990’s
and this new album ‘UK Dub Story’ captures the spirit of British dub in the 21st
century. It features all the trademark heavy, heavy basslines, flying echoes, wild
sound effects and militant drumming synonymous with the scene, but ‘UK Dub
Story’ also shows how this music is a totally current sound, appealing to fans of
traditional Jamaican Reggae, Dubstep, Drum & Bass, World Music or Electronica
alike. The album features guest vocals from Mad Professor MC legend Macka.B
as well as new talents Jah Marnyah & Echo Ranks, alongside classically uplifting
instrumental dub tracks.
Vibronics produce, remix, perform and release dub music from the base in
Leicester, UK. They also run their own SCOOPS label and recording studio
where they are renowned for continually pushing the boundaries of their beloved
Dub genre. Vibronics have worked with artists as diverse as Big Youth, Fun
Lovin’ Criminals, Zion Train, Pama International and the Warsaw Village Band.
To promote this release Vibronics will be performing live across the UK &
Europe, so look out for the future sound of dub heading your way in 2008.
