Ce mois-ci, découvrons l'univers musical hors des sentiers battus de Pale Penguin.  Grigoris Savvidis est l'une des figures emblématiques de la scène électronique grecque. Basé à Thessalonique (où nous nous sommes rencontrés), il est DJ depuis plus de 30 ans. En plus de cela, avec la complicité de Freddie Wyatt, il a créé depuis 2011 l’événement «  the incredible Discoteca Internacional » (qui mélange musiques et influences des cinqs continents) au club réputé La Doze ainsi que dans différents endroits dans le monde. Depuis 2015, avec Larry Skg, il se concentre également sur leur nouveau « electronic afrotropicalismo label » : Shango records.

This month, let's discovered the unheard world music trip outside traditional paths of Pale Penguin. Grigoris Savvidis is one of the key figures in Greek electronic scene. Based in Thessaloniki (where we met), he has been djing for more than 30 years.On top of that, together with Freddie Wyatt, he is managing since 2011 the incredible Discoteca Internacional events (blending music and influences from the five continents) in renowned club La Doze and also in selected venues worlwide. Directly involved with social and environmental causes in Brazil, Murillo Faleiros is an educator and biologist. Known as mandruvá (@mandruvamusic), the producer and DJ (also half of the Pérola Branca project (@perolabranca)) carries in his expression a universal background of diverse musical styles. The artist has worked for major national and international labels, such as Casa Caos, Tropical Twista, AKASHA MX, trndmsk, Cafe de Anatolian, MONADA, Lump, Shango, Baikal Nomads, Kosa, among others. His storytelling aired on different radio stations and labels around the world, such as radiOzora, voodoohop, Deep House Moscow, Mousike and more.
