There is a Light that’s going to keep on shining that’s inside of me

The cloaked and veiled faces of those behind the wall
They are the people beheaded under the altar and you can hear them call
They are the ones held for ransom and kept in bondage under the altar to be slaves 
Imprisoned by Pharaoh, yeah that’s the devil, they are kept deep inside a cave

Now I have seen my reflection high above that wall
And I have heard my captive brother under the altar call
And he’s knocking, yeah he’s knocking, he’s knocking on heaven’s door
You can hear him knocking, you can hear him knocking
You can hear him knocking on heaven’s door

They are the Lambs kept for bounty, slain under the altar
Calling out how long Sovereign Lord?
They are held for ransom, and clothed in white garments
Made white by the fiery flames
To be kept outside the city, shamed and repressed
So their nakedness is not seen
Accused day and night by a liar, they are the gold refined by fire
And the payment to buy back your soul

The 8th king once was, now is not, and yet will come out of the Abyss
And he belongs to the seven, and is going to his destruction, on the day we rest
And the slain Lamb’s bounty, and the kingdom of this world’s keys
Is simply the gift of the water of life is given for free
And although they make war against the Lamb, the Lamb will overcome them
Because he’s the Lord of lords, and the King of kings

And there is going to be a new Kingdom, and a new Earth
And there is going to be a New Age
And we are going to roll away that stone, we are going to roll away that stone
That’s in front of the cave
And all those beheaded under the altar, the ransomed souls under the altar
Are going to be set free and they are going to be saved
