I hail from Wyandanch, NY. 
The hometown of Hip Hop royalty and The God MC himself Rakim.
As a little snot nosed poor girl in Wyandanch NY, I would escape by going up to landscape park with my notebook and a pencil sharpen with a knife, and write. 
I wrote anything and everything. Poems, songs, stories, and little jingles for some of my favorite products like this one time "Its no wonder we buy wonder, its the bread to surely be good, never wonder if its wonder, always fresh wonder bread"...
I was 8...so...yeah...

#BellaCairo The Hook Queen 
Is an American Spoken Word artist, Sovereign Aboriginal Queen and most notably the reigning High Priestess of The Kemetic Tantra Palace of Namibia, South Africa. Born on Long Island, in Suffolk County New York Her hempress grew up poor in the hamlet of Wyandanch the hometown of rapper Rakim.
The Queen began writing at age 8,
3 years later... she became a ghost writer in 1987 writing songs and poems of which many became hooks on some of the most popular hip hop songs. 
The Queen is the mother of five children, twins Rachel and Tariek Belal whom she affectionately calls "Ibeji", Sons James, Christian and Nasir, named as homage to one of her favorite hip hop artists Nas.
In addition to writing and teaching Tantric Spiritual Sacred Sex, BellaCairo runs several businesses and heads "Its My Treat by Sara Dixon" a non-profit organization based in Buckhead, GA. A master tribal bellydancer BellaCairo incorporates middle eastern and African choreography into her live performances. She plays several instruments and uses music for healing.
