Puerile Honey were an enthusiastic young band from Co.Derry who performed together from August 2011 to February 2012. Together they were Dee McCotter, Shannon O'Neill, Megan O'Kane and Eilish McLaughlin.

Having a diverse range of influences from The Pixies,The Smiths and Led Zeppelin to Sonic Youth, Fugazi, Team Dresch and Queens of the Stone Age, and a lyrical styling inspired by the likes of Kate Bush and David Bowie their sound included aspects of postpunk, shoegaze, alternative and classic rock.

In January 2012 the band began recording their debut EP in Belfasts Start Together Studio. The three track release is now available for free download here.
